These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of furniture and home furnishings through our website boxinhomes.com (the “Site”), operated by Boxin Innovation LLC, 4201 Canis Heights Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90017 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on the Site or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1) Our Business & Products

We are an online furniture retailer. We sell consumer furniture and home furnishing products — including recliners, sofas, chairs, tables, stools, and cushions — to individual customers in Europe and North America. Product listings, photographs, dimensions, materials, and colours are provided in good faith; actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

2) Placing an Order

You place an order by adding products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process, providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Your order submission constitutes an offer to purchase. Before confirming your order you can review and correct all entered details. Please keep the order confirmation email you receive as proof of purchase.

3) Order Acceptance

A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email, confirming acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to obvious pricing errors, unavailable stock, failed payment verification, failed sanctions or restricted-destination screening, or delivery restrictions at your address — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already taken. Until acceptance, we may correct errors in product or pricing information shown on the Site.

4) Prices, Currency & Taxes

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Where a currency display option is shown, converted amounts are indicative only; payment is charged in USD unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Prices are per item and exclude destination-country import duties, taxes, customs, and clearance fees, which are payable by you as the recipient (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Promotional prices apply while advertised.

5) Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as card payments processed through third-party payment providers. Payment is taken when your order is placed or accepted. Payments are processed by the payment provider under its own terms; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

6) Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched — and in any case within 24 hours of placing the order — by emailing [email protected] with your order number. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy (30-day return window from delivery).

7) Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our facilities in China. In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit times after dispatch: standard parcel 7–15 business days; international parcel 10–20 business days; freight for oversized furniture 20–45 days. Customs processing and peak seasons may extend these estimates. Import duties, taxes, customs, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. 8) Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in resellable condition with original packaging where practical. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Consumers in the European Union also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase contract, which can be exercised via our Withdraw from Contract page. 9) Sanctions & Restricted Destinations

We comply with applicable trade and economic sanctions laws, including those administered by the United States (OFAC), the European Union, and the United Kingdom. We do not accept or process orders for delivery to, and we do not ship to, the following sanctioned or restricted destinations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, the Crimea region, the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), the Zaporizhzhia region, the Kherson region, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, Haiti, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. We do not sell to persons or entities listed on applicable sanctions lists. Orders placed for these destinations, or by sanctioned parties, will be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded in full.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the paragraph below, the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence, including the right of EU consumers to invoke the consumer protection rules of their country of habitual residence and to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

11) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to this, our aggregate liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

12) General

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. 9. Sanctions & Restricted Destinations

We comply with applicable UK and international sanctions and export-control laws. We do not accept orders, ship products, or otherwise transact with individuals, businesses, shipping addresses, or beneficiaries located in, or acting for the benefit of, the following jurisdictions and territories. Any order that appears to be destined for, or routed through, a sanctioned destination will be refused, cancelled, and refunded in accordance with Section 5.
