We sell furniture to real homes, so quality is not a slogan — it is the checklist every order runs through before it is packed and dispatched. Here is how we hold ourselves accountable on product quality, safety, and trade compliance.

1) Product Quality Standards

Every listing states the materials, dimensions, weight capacity, and care instructions. We verify that dispatched items match their listing on construction, upholstery, and finish. If an item arrives materially different from its listing, that is covered by our Returns & Refund Policy — report it within 48 hours with photographs.

2) Supplier Vetting

We work with a vetted network of furniture manufacturers. New suppliers go through sample checks, factory capability review, and consistency testing across production batches. Underperforming suppliers are rotated out.

3) Pre-Dispatch Checks & Packaging

In-stock items are quality-checked and packed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Furniture is packed for long-distance transit — protective corners, reinforced cartons, and moisture barriers for parcel and freight shipments alike. Oversized items travel as freight (20–45 days) to reduce transit damage.

4) Product Safety & Market Compliance

Products are sourced to meet applicable consumer product safety requirements for our main destination markets in Europe and North America, including general furniture safety, flammability, and labelling requirements where applicable. Product care and safety information is provided on listings and in packaging.

5) Import Duties & Taxes

All orders are dispatched from our facilities in China. Import duties, taxes, customs, and clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in checkout prices. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6) Sanctions & Trade Compliance

We comply with applicable trade and economic sanctions laws, including those administered by the United States (OFAC), the European Union, and the United Kingdom. We do not accept or process orders for delivery to, and we do not ship to, the following sanctioned or restricted destinations: Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, the Crimea region, the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), the Zaporizhzhia region, the Kherson region, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, Haiti, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. We do not transact with persons or entities on applicable sanctions lists, and orders in breach of these rules are cancelled and refunded.

7) Feedback & Complaints

If something is not right — quality, delivery, or service — email [email protected] with your order number and photographs where relevant. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve quality complaints with replacement, refund, or another fair remedy under our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Sanctions & Trade Compliance

We do not sell, ship, or deliver products to individuals or addresses in any jurisdiction subject to UK, EU, or US sanctions or export-control restrictions. Orders identified as destined for a sanctioned destination are refused and refunded. Our list of restricted destinations is aligned with current OFAC, OFSI, and EU Council regulations and is reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Where an order is received with a shipping or billing address linked to any of the above, the order is rejected before fulfilment and the payment is returned to the original method within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
